Senior Program Manager (IT Contracts)

What you will do

• Manage all program task areas, including contract execution, financial performance, administrative operations, logistics, and personnel oversight.
• Provide financial reporting, dashboards, production metrics, CDRL compliance, and real-time contract information to the Contracting Officer and COR.
• Deliver and maintain a secure, web-based Financial and Resource Management Dashboard with integrated financial, personnel, and scheduling data.
• Track risks, lessons learned, task progress, deliverables, invoices, resource allocation, forecasts, and Other Direct Costs.
• Coordinate contract deliverables and quality-control reviews, including root-cause analysis and mitigation plans for delayed work.
• Provide dashboard support, enhancements, and training to designated Government personnel.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph is required.
• Ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearances.
• 10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience, or a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields with 14 years of experience.
• Experience assigning and reviewing tasks, setting project pace, monitoring work in progress, and verifying deliverables.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and manage, execute, and report on program activities.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of project management experience supporting Army Military Intelligence.
• Certifications such as CBA, ITIL, CGFM, CDFM, CCP, CMA, PMP, or CDP.
• Degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic reputation.
