Senior Fleet Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate vehicle ordering, assignment, transfers, registration, licensing, maintenance, repairs, and disposal.
• Process fleet, driver, customer, and ServiceNow requests while serving as a primary contact for branches, drivers, vendors, and internal partners.
• Administer maintenance, repair, fuel, licensing, safety, compliance, billing, and vendor management programs.
• Review invoices, billing discrepancies, vendor reports, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, licensing, fuel, compliance, billing, and asset records across fleet systems.
• Support acquisitions, greenfields, branch onboarding, reporting, audits, fleet performance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of fleet management experience or equivalent analytical, financial, or technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple business systems and technologies.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and support regulatory and fleet compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with vehicle lease financing structures.
• Experience training, mentoring, or guiding other fleet personnel.
