Seasonal Extraction Lead (3st Shift)

Location: Del Rey, California, USA; onsite, third shift

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per hour

hirify.global operates within The Wonderful Company’s agricultural and food production business, producing and marketing pomegranates, juices, teas, and related products.

What you will do

• Lead daily beverage extraction operations and direct hourly employees.
• Assign workstations, communicate shift schedules, monitor breaks and lunches, and address completed work.
• Implement safety, GMP, food safety, and quality standards while maintaining products within specifications.
• Support equipment operation, maintenance, cleanliness, and area organization.
• Verify shift paperwork, email OEE percentages, and reconcile materials and quality issues.
• Assist with COP/CIP cleaning processes and handle chemicals during cleaning.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing operational staff through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions and perform basic calculations involving weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Aerial lift certification and chemical handling training.
• Flexible schedule with mandatory weekends and overtime required.
