3rd Shift Manufacturing Operations Manager

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite manufacturing operations with 10% travel

What you will do

• Supervise employees performing assembly, inspection, testing, and final testing of manufacturing equipment, systems, components, and subsystems.
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track operational metrics, lead milestone meetings, and improve cycle-time performance.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate customer, vendor, and supplier requirements.
• Optimize production capacity and monitor manufacturing processes, measurement data, and real-time status.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective-action, training, and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the relevant job family.
• Formal supervisory experience, including setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
• Ability to manage training, performance goals, development plans, hiring, rewards, and discipline processes.
• Ability to maintain compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.
