Operations Management Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite production and clean-room work may be required

What you will do

• Supervise employees performing assembly, inspection, testing, and final-test operations for capital equipment, systems, and related components.
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track performance metrics, conduct milestone meetings, and improve cycle-time performance.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate customer and vendor requirements.
• Optimize production capacity and improve manufacturing processes through data analysis and real-time status monitoring.
• Drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives, including corrective actions and process improvements.

Requirements

• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the relevant job family, with basic knowledge of related functions.
• Formal supervisory experience, including setting priorities, coaching employees, and meeting daily deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.
• Ability to support employee training, performance management, career development, hiring, rewards, and discipline processes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, distinguish colors, and work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in noisy, confined, and clean-room environments while using required personal protective equipment.
