Location: Onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. The role requires regular onsite presence and work primarily in a cleanroom environment.

Salary: $52,000–$200,000 annual target compensation range for US locations; hourly role.

What you will do

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, adjust, and assemble semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance, coordinating with suppliers when required.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to improve tool reliability, availability, and module performance.
  • Document system failures, update equipment specifications, and create maintenance and performance documentation.
  • Partner with Module Engineering on experiments, configuration changes, data collection, and troubleshooting.
  • Support equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps while following safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field and 2+ years of equipment maintenance experience; or qualifying high school/GED, manufacturing, military technical, or trade certification experience.
  • Ability to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and work with hand tools, electrical meters, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures, work with minimal supervision, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate with peers and engineers.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Albuquerque on a compressed schedule of three consecutive 12-hour shifts followed by a four-day week every other week.
  • Ability to work over 90% of each shift in a cleanroom while wearing required PPE, lift up to 25 pounds, walk 2–4 miles per shift, climb ladders, and work near chemicals.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
