Senior Data Analyst (Analytics Engineering)

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Service, Commercial, and Business teams to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement frameworks.
• Analyze customer, commercial, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Design and maintain scalable datasets, data models, dashboards, scorecards, semantic models, and self-service reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize SQL-based transformations, reporting layers, automated Python workflows, and analytics solutions.
• Support analytics platform modernization, data migrations, system integrations, and cloud-based reporting initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines while establishing data quality, governance, documentation, and validation frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining, measuring, and reporting KPIs for operational performance, customer experience, sales, or marketing.
• Experience building dashboards, semantic models, self-service reporting, and executive performance reporting.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, including scalable data transformations and automated workflows.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, system integrations, cloud analytics platforms, and enterprise reporting.
• Must have United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
