Senior Product Marketing Manager, ClaimCenter (Insurtech)

Location: United States — Remote; willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $139,000–$229,000 annual base salary, depending on experience, skills, education, training, and location.

What you will do

• Own ClaimCenter positioning, from claims transformation messaging to technical proof points for claims operations and IT leaders.
• Translate SaaS architecture, claims logic, automation, AI, and workflow capabilities into business-outcome narratives.
• Create technical content, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and product adoption.
• Deliver conference keynotes and lead customer workshops with solution consulting and product management.
• Partner with product and engineering to launch claims innovations, AI-driven features, and integrations.
• Track Insurtech and technology trends, support customer advocacy, and develop measurable ROI stories.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical go-to-market experience in product marketing, solution engineering, or product management.
• Experience marketing complex enterprise systems or FinTech/Insurtech solutions.
• Experience in Insurtech, Financial Services, P&C insurance, a hyperscaler, or a SaaS provider.
• Strong understanding of the claims lifecycle, including FNOL, adjudication, subrogation, and litigation.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and how AI can improve loss ratios and operational efficiency.
• Excellent writing, presentation, messaging, and cross-functional communication skills.
