Director, Product Marketing Management - United States

Location: Remote in the United States; listed locations include Atlanta, GA, Minneapolis, MN, and Miami, FL.

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 annual compensation, including base salary and related bonuses or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead product marketing strategy, market positioning, packaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product marketers.
• Direct pricing and packaging analysis and rollout for SaaS and platform offerings.
• Create sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, and positioning materials.
• Partner with product, sales, executive leadership, GTM teams, and the AI steering committee on cross-functional initiatives.
• Represent the platform through technical demos, public speaking, industry events, webinars, and executive briefings.

Requirements

• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing product marketers or comparable marketing talent.
• Experience executing product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience designing strategic pricing and packaging for SaaS or platform technologies.
• Advanced experience with sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and positioning asset creation.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, public speaking, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of modern AI productivity tools, workflow automation platforms, and CRM or marketing automation systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of identity and access management, directory services, or cloud security.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and developer or IT buyer personas.
