Senior Associate Content Planning Manager (Gaming)

Location: San Mateo, California (hybrid); remote work considered, with the West Coast preferred

Salary: $101,700–$152,500 USD per year, plus potential bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Plan the PlayStation Plus content roadmap, identify gaps, recommend content removals, and account for regional considerations.
• Coordinate acquisition, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain alignment.
• Define timelines supporting internal approvals, external offers, and outstanding delivery tasks.
• Use customer, commercial, and publisher insights to refine roadmap recommendations.
• Collaborate with third-party teams on long-term business plans and partner relationships.
• Support management of a multi-million-dollar content budget and help optimize ROI and growth.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with customer offers in gaming, apps, video, music, or subscription services.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and tracking complex workstreams.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and maintain strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of the digital gaming landscape, major players, and competitive offerings.
• Experience working in high-performing teams, ideally in an international or remote structure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
