Production Manager (Contract) (Game Development)

What you will do

• Plan, track, and coordinate central initiatives across game studios and the Studio Business Group.
• Communicate production challenges, risks, and opportunities to leadership and development teams.
• Coordinate cross-studio process improvements and support high-priority initiatives.
• Maintain reporting frameworks, operating rhythms, studio reviews, and leadership forums.
• Document and standardize production workflows while identifying efficiency improvements.
• Deliver accurate, actionable information and structured communications for executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Project management experience in game development or game publishing.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, understand new projects quickly, and drive progress.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Experience with related tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.

Nice to have

• Background in production, product management, program management, or operations.
• Experience supporting leadership decision-making and executive operating rhythms.
• Familiarity with scaling processes and best practices across teams.
