TPM Manager, Infrastructure (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid attendance required at least 25% of the time

Annual salary: $365,000–$565,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and drive 2–3 critical infrastructure programs, including datacenter bring-up, capacity scaling, infrastructure migrations, and reliability initiatives.
• Lead programs spanning datacenters, cloud providers, accelerator clusters, production serving, networking, data pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Build processes and playbooks while establishing effective technical program management practices.
• Build, hire, coach, and develop the TPM team, transitioning programs as the organization grows.
• Prioritize TPM support, maintain portfolio-level visibility, and represent the team in planning cycles and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate across Infrastructure, Research, Product, Security, Finance, and Legal, including executive communication on risks and resource needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience, including 7+ years directly managing TPMs.
• Experience building a team or function from scratch and scaling TPM organizations in rapidly growing environments.
• Experience across physical and software infrastructure, including datacenters, networking, hardware operations, distributed systems, cloud platforms, or developer tooling.
• Experience running large-scale compute or infrastructure programs such as capacity planning, cluster deployments, datacenter build-outs, or cloud migrations.
• Ability to communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership and make staffing and prioritization decisions with incomplete information.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience.
