Worksite Enrollment Technology Consultant (Benefits Technology)

Salary: $124,800–$163,800 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for high-priority and special projects within Worksite Insurance.
• Integrate group benefits products with approved third-party enrollment technology platforms.
• Assess new integration requests and evaluate benefits technology partners for platform fit.
• Identify partner capabilities and limitations, recommend technical solutions, and present findings to the Steering Committee.
• Lead technical delivery schedules, development, testing, stakeholder sign-off, and production approvals.
• Serve as the internal enrollment technology subject matter expert for business and IT teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 7+ years of group benefits experience focused on partner relationship management and/or technical work.
• 2+ years of experience with enrollment platform technology and processes.
• Experience with product integrations, file formats, audit processes, and test file feeds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

• Advanced knowledge of voluntary worksite products and offerings.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations supporting customer onboarding and enrollment file processing.
• Experience influencing decisions and reconciling competing priorities in a matrixed organization.
• Strategic decision-making skills and the ability to anticipate technical and business impacts.
