Lead Product Manager (Enterprise Platform)

What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Platform product area, owning strategy, definition, and execution for APIs, integrations, and governance.
• Act as a player-coach, spending half your time on individual contribution and half on team leadership and product operations.
• Set metrics, run planning and reviews, and establish a productive cadence between Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Manage and coach a small team of PMs to improve product judgment and craft.
• Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA (Hybrid role).
• Proven experience as a player-coach leading PMs while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in enterprise platform products, including APIs, integrations, permissions, and reliability.
• Strong technical judgment and experience implementing product operations and planning practices.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience building production AI, agent, or workflow automation products.
• Background in manufacturing, quality, or complex operational domains.
• Experience scaling a company from Series B through enterprise readiness.
