Manager, Compliance & Vendor Management (Healthcare)

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain the contract governance and vendor management oversight framework, including policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct risk-based audits, monitoring activities, and compliance assessments across product lines.
• Evaluate contract lifecycle management against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Coordinate documentation, evidence collection, and responses for regulatory and corporate audits.
• Guide vendor and relationship managers on contractual obligations, documentation standards, issue management, and remediation.
• Lead and develop a team through coaching, performance management, and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, compliance, business administration, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in audit, compliance, third-party contracting, vendor oversight, or a related area.
• Healthcare management experience, preferably in vendor-managed care or health insurance.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and health plan administration.
• Project management experience, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
