Hands-on R&D Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions and internal tools.
• Evaluate and integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI services.
• Design and implement AI agents, prompts, MCP integrations, and supporting services.
• Develop backend services and third-party integrations using Python and C#/.NET.
• Build internal UIs with React/TypeScript and design REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows.
• Validate technical concepts, contribute to data modeling, and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and solid experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, third-party integrations, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with React/TypeScript or similar technologies and the ability to build functional internal UIs.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure, CI/CD practices, full-stack development, and rapid prototyping.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered applications or internal tools.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, MCP, multiple AI models, and third-party services.
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and modern software development practices.
• Experience in R&D, innovation, or rapid prototyping environments.
