Software Architect (R&D)

What you will do

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for new products, platforms, and technology initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies, conduct technical evaluations, and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Design scalable cloud-native, distributed, hybrid, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Establish architectural standards, technology stacks, engineering guidelines, and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Lead technical design for complex enterprise and high-load systems and support teams with challenging architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with customers, product and engineering stakeholders, mentor technical leads, and contribute to DevOps practices and product modernization.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Software Architect, Enterprise Architect, Engineering Director, or in a similar architectural role.
• Significant experience designing, evolving, and scaling complex software products, platforms, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern architectural patterns, software design principles, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions and at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams, defining architectural standards, and collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Practical experience with CI/CD, automation, DevOps, modern programming languages, and delivering products or platforms from concept to production.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, RAG, or intelligent automation.
• Professional certifications in architecture, cloud platforms, or software engineering.
