Solution Architect (Senior Consultant) – Poland

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing travel is required as project needs demand.

What you will do

• Act as the technical design authority across pharmaceutical and biotech engagements in R&D, business technology, and commercial workstreams.
• Translate complex client problems into robust, scalable end-to-end architectures and cloud data platforms.
• Define target-state architectures, solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and integration designs.
• Design data-management solutions for commercial, clinical, and supply-chain data.
• Prototype solutions in Python and guide engineering delivery through production.
• Mentor engineers, establish technical standards, and drive quality across multi-project work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a solution, enterprise, or data architect.
• Essential hands-on experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or another life sciences environment.
• Cloud architecture expertise with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Databricks, including cloud-native solution design and provisioning.
• Strong software-engineering foundation with hands-on Python coding and deep data-management architecture skills.
• Ability to work across R&D, business technology, and commercial workstreams and communicate technical decisions to engineering teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the intended country of employment are required.

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification or familiarity with enterprise-architecture frameworks.
• Polish language skills.
