VP, Enterprise Transformation & SAP (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Novi, Michigan, USA; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Novi office. Travel up to 25% of the time is required.

Salary: $232,500–$341,000 per year, plus potential additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own the global SAP S/4HANA transformation plan, governance, risks, quality, budget, and business outcomes through testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Lead testing cycles, data migration validation, business-readiness testing, cutover, business continuity planning, and January 2027 go-live execution.
• Set SAP platform strategy and roadmap, including clean-core principles, integration standards, security, resilience, data governance, and post-go-live value realization.
• Lead SAP and enterprise-application integration for a major acquisition, including process harmonization, migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Define and execute the strategy for transitioning the SAP environment to SAP RISE in alignment with enterprise architecture and Samsung cloud strategy.
• Lead the Finance Processes Digital organization and define its digital strategy, investment priorities, operating model, and transformation roadmap.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or enterprise applications, including significant SAP leadership.
• Executive accountability for complex global SAP S/4HANA transformations across multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Hands-on leadership across integrated testing, data migration, business readiness, cutover, go-live, hyper care, and stabilization.
• Experience leading global and highly matrixed organizations involving hundreds of contributors, systems integrators, and strategic partners.
• Strong business, process, commercial, and financial management experience, including multi-million-dollar budgets and benefits realization.
• Ability to connect enterprise platforms, trusted data, AI, intelligent automation, and analytics to measurable business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or enterprise-application integration for a major acquisition, merger, or carve-in.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or another complex global product business.
• SAP architecture, program leadership, or relevant functional and technical certifications.
