Chief Information Officer (Manufacturing)

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; hybrid

Compensation range: $241,500–$359,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Set the mission, vision, IT strategy, technology agenda, and business-oriented culture for the IT organization.
• Lead the digital IT strategy, enterprise architecture, technology roadmap, governance processes, standards, and performance metrics.
• Partner with executives and business-unit leaders to deliver cost-effective, agile technology solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee IT systems and programs, including applications, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, infrastructure, operations, and support.
• Modernize operational effectiveness through shop-floor automation, supply-chain efficiencies, workforce automation, RPA, and machine learning.
• Manage IT budgets, cost optimization, organizational development, and leadership of the IT team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of IT experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership across ERP, manufacturing automation, supply chain, external vendors, IT organization design, and financial management.
• Experience developing strategic business and technology roadmaps, architecture, multi-year programs, organizational change, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience building and leading high-performance teams, collaborating with executives, and driving process improvements.
