Vice President, CBUSA Operations (Supply Chain)

Location: Remote in the United States; travel approximately 50% of the time is required.

Salary: $191,000–$290,000 per year plus bonus.

CBUSA is a group purchasing organization for homebuilders, and hirify.global is its parent company and a cloud-based construction project management software provider.

What you will do

• Define and execute CBUSA’s long-term strategy in alignment with hirify.global’s corporate goals.
• Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, revenue growth, and margin performance.
• Oversee purchasing programs, vendor partnerships, supply chain optimization, and member services.
• Build scalable processes and infrastructure for membership growth and vendor expansion.
• Negotiate strategic vendor agreements and strengthen relationships with builders and partners.
• Lead and develop the CBUSA Operations team while representing the organization at industry events and thought leadership forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of management experience, including P&L ownership and responsibility for revenue and margin growth.
• Experience in vendor management, supply chain, group purchasing, homebuilding, construction, or a related industry.
• Experience negotiating national or strategic vendor agreements and scaling membership-based or subscription-style business models.
• Experience building and leading distributed or remote teams, using data and dashboards for decision-making, and presenting to executives or a board.
• Valid driver’s license, excellent communication and customer service skills, and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
