Application Manager for SE (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage the systems engineering application toolset and take end-to-end responsibility from requirements capture through support and maintenance.
• Lead an IT team using SAFe practices and act as the IT-focused deputy Product Owner in collaboration with Engineering.
• Define new features, plan enhanced services, and manage the application obsolescence roadmap with business representatives and IT teams.
• Lead platform deployments, including infrastructure and network requirements, subcontractor activities, migration, and handover to support teams.
• Communicate the digital roadmap and report planned versus delivered progress to stakeholders.
• Support the transformation of systems engineering toward next-generation solutions, including AI and core approaches.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT project management within engineering or industrial domains.
• Proficiency in hirify.global EN.IM standards and processes, Planisware, and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of information management architecture, including server, network, client application, and database relationships.
• Experience or strong understanding of PLM solutions and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI and Agentic AI.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken, required.
