Construction Project Manager (Project Management): Managing construction projects from planning and initiation through completion and closeout with an accent on scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. Focus on resolving operational risks, tracking project financials, and coordinating contractors and cross-functional teams across multiple priorities.
Location: Remote from Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, or Honduras; US business hours required
What you will do
- Manage construction projects from initiation and planning through completion and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Track budgets, estimates, invoices, expenses, payments, profitability, and financial risks.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, subcontractors, procurement, and deliveries.
- Communicate project status and requirements to clients, vendors, contractors, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain project records, contracts, SOPs, workflows, and documentation while resolving operational issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
- Experience managing projects from planning through completion.
- Experience with project scheduling, timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, costs, invoices, or project financials.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, subcontractors, or external partners.
- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and documentation skills.
- Experience with project management, CRM, ERP, or business operations software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable tools.
