Technical Project Manager

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead computer system assembly engineering activities and advise sales, production, repair, and customer teams on technical solutions.
• Analyze Engineering Change Orders, assess business and product impact, and coordinate implementation schedules and strategies.
• Support New Product Introduction through technical BOM reviews, DFA/DFM feedback, and scheduling.
• Create and maintain bills of materials and collaborate with materials and supply chain teams on product sourcing.
• Manage engineering activity schedules, coordinate production change cut-ins, and communicate Engineering Change Notifications.
• Drive resolution of technical and process issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Experience owning and driving projects and initiatives through completion.
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and business communication skills.
• Travel may be required, at less than 10%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with computer products and major suppliers.
• ERP and PLM system experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of hirify.global’s business processes and departmental flow.
