Lead HR Business Partner

Location: Remote within the supported Atlanta/Georgia and Alabama region; candidates must live in the Atlanta area, with a strong preference for Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Regional travel to retail stores, offices, meetings, and events may reach 50%.

What you will do

• Partner with store leaders and 13 Area Managers to deliver proactive HR support aligned with regional business goals.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent development, compensation, benefits, and DEI initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support change management and lead initiatives that improve teammate engagement and retention.
• Manage headcount and partner with the RPO team to support staffing across the region.

Requirements

• 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a master's degree.
• Prior experience in or exposure to retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Must live in the Atlanta area and be able to travel regionally up to 50%.
