What you will do

• Translate accounting, finance, and business processes into SAP Finance requirements and practical solutions.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and support SAP Finance solutions across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Lead assigned phases of the project lifecycle, from process analysis and solution design through post-production support.
• Prioritize and resolve service requests, production issues, enhancements, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate on intercompany processes, integrations, and cross-functional Finance dependencies.
• Define work plans, estimate effort, communicate risks, and mentor functional and analytical team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Finance experience across SAP ECC or S/4HANA, including implementation, enhancements, testing, and production support.
• Expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including GL, AR, AP, AA, PC, PCA, CCA, IO, and PA.
• Experience with CO-PA, CO-PCA, SAP FSCM, Dispute Management, Collections, and Credit Management.
• Strong knowledge of US and international accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years leading workstreams, mentoring functional team members, or coordinating complex SAP Finance initiatives while remaining hands-on.

Nice to have

• One or more years of S/4HANA experience.
• SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance courses or certifications.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GK-POS, SAP CAR, Vertex, Avalara, SAP Analytics Cloud, and S/4HANA Material Ledger.
