Senior Presales Solution Consultant (HCM)

Location: Western Canada; travel required up to 25%.

Salary: CAD 98,100–132,450 annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Analyze customer and prospect needs, identify pain points, and design tailored HCM solutions.
• Build expertise in HR, payroll, and workforce management products.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
• Partner closely with sales teams as a trusted customer advisor.
• Manage multiple projects and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Academic or practical experience in HCM and/or presales.
• Strong technology interest and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work in Western Canada.

Nice to have

• PCP, CPHR, CHRL, or CHRP designation.
