Senior Electrical Engineer (Semiconductor)

Salary: $135,200–$185,900 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical and electronic systems.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and design solutions.
• Drive system architecture, integration, feasibility studies, risk evaluation, and design validation.
• Support testing, verification, reliability, and product quality improvements throughout development.
• Document design decisions, assumptions, and technical requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in electrical product development, system design, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects and coordinating technical activities across teams.
• Experience completing a full product development lifecycle from concept through release.
• Proficiency in electrical design, system integration, testing, and verification methodologies.
• Experience with engineering analysis and modeling tools; Python or similar technical software is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated, high-tech, manufacturing, semiconductor, or advanced engineering environments.
• Experience working with strong magnetic fields, high voltage, or high currents.
