Business Analyst - Engineering (Maternity Leave Cover) (Aerospace)

Location: Lisbon or Coimbra, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Manage and update KPI dashboards for Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, evaluate delivery plans, and coordinate with Finance data stakeholders.
• Manage subcontracting from purchase-order tracking through goods receipt, flag late-delivery risks, and coordinate supplier performance review milestones with supply chain managers.
• Maintain workforce and workload dashboards across domains and programmes, ensuring accurate categorization of internal, external, and extended-make resources.
• Identify complex business risks and opportunities and present structured insights to internal customers.
• Act as an operational interface with remote international stakeholders and support solutions to recurring complex problems.
• Lead local initiatives, centralize business-management activities, standardize processes, and apply lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, business analysis, data management, or operational tracking.
• Considerable professional experience in business analysis, data management, or financial control, with the ability to work with limited supervision and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Advanced Google Workspace skills, including scripting and App Script automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English is required.
