Customer Experience Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Porto Salvo, Portugal. Hybrid work combining home office, the hirify.global office, and face-to-face client interactions.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
• Serve as a key contact for clients using hirify.global data, software, and services.
• Coordinate contractual deliverables, client requests, queries, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate production and delivery of client outputs with local and offshore teams.
• Support client onboarding, training, product adoption, and value realization.
• Conduct service reviews and engagement meetings to monitor performance and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, market research, statistics, data science, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client service, marketing, business intelligence, account management, market research, healthcare, or a related area.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and answer client business questions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health markets.
• Experience with syndicated data, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
• Experience delivering client training sessions or presentations.
• Experience with offshore or international teams.
• Familiarity with hirify.global platforms such as FlexView, IAM, or RxView.
