Associate Consultant / Consultant - Commercial Services Analytics US Dedicated (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, nearshore dedicated. Working hours are 1 pm to 10 pm to align with the US CET time zone. Ability to travel to the US for short periods of fewer than 15 days if needed.

What you will do

• Analyze secondary data and desk market research to identify trends and key findings.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses supporting client deliverables and business decisions.
• Create client presentations and contribute thought leadership and innovation to consulting engagements.
• Lead project task execution, organize project data, coordinate meetings, and support project scoping.
• Develop business process documentation, SOPs, specifications, and client data scorecards.
• Support commercial growth initiatives across pharmaceutical sales, marketing, payer, patient, and provider strategies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master's degree with 1–2 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Technical experience with at least one of SAS, Oracle SQL, R programming, Tableau, or Excel VBA.
• Experience in healthcare analytics, market research, forecasting, business intelligence, marketing analytics, consulting, sales operations, or a related area.
• Analytical, interpretative, problem-solving, project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Well-developed written and verbal English communication skills; ability to work 1 pm–10 pm Portugal time and travel to the US when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with physician, patient, claims, epidemiology, or hirify.global healthcare data.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial processes, customer engagement planning, marketing mix, and promotional planning.
• Experience with project management and healthcare market analysis.
