Senior Associate Engineer - Electrification

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; 5-day on-site availability required. Domestic relocation is available. The role travels up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year

What you will do

• Create designs and resolve issues related to manufacturing and building sequences.
• Ensure design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Adopt automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing software to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Plan and improve engineering procedures and operations for more reliable and cost-effective products and processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, and other functions to deliver customer-focused design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of analytical methods, root-cause analysis, and solution development.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with product testing approaches, tools, and testing strategy execution.
• Working knowledge of technical troubleshooting in manufacturing or product development environments.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
