Project Director - Large Capital EPC

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina; Orlando, Florida; and Houston, Texas. Domestic travel of up to 30% is required.

What you will do

• Lead the project management organization supporting a strategic customer portfolio.
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, cash flow, and profitability.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project, commercial, technical, and customer matters.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and support strategic growth opportunities with Sales and Business Management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing project management team.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Commercial Management resources while governing portfolio risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in large-scale EPC, energy, infrastructure, or industrial project environments.
• Experience leading complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and risk-management expertise.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and executive-level customer relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
