Project Director, EPC

What you will do

• Lead the successful delivery of large, complex EPC projects valued at more than $1 billion.
• Maintain accountability for safety, financial performance, schedule, quality, contractual requirements, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary interface between the client and the company, providing executive project leadership.
• Direct multidisciplinary project personnel, joint ventures, alliances, and strategic partners.
• Define project scope, identify changes between proposals and contracts, and negotiate changes with the client.
• Plan and monitor project execution, revise plans when necessary, and communicate project status.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in related projects; typically 20 or more years is expected.
• Several years of senior-level project management experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Experience leading complex project teams and managing financial, schedule, contractual, HSE, and client requirements.
