Project Director, EPC (Energy Transition)

What you will do

• Lead the successful delivery of large, complex EPC projects valued at more than $1 billion.
• Maintain accountability for safety, financial performance, schedule, quality, contractual requirements, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary interface between the client and hirify.global, providing executive leadership throughout project execution.
• Direct multidisciplinary project personnel, joint ventures, alliances, and strategic partners.
• Define project scope, identify changes between proposals and contracts, and negotiate changes with clients.
• Plan, monitor, and revise project execution while keeping the client and company informed of project status.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in related projects; typically 20 or more years, including several years at senior project management level.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation.
• Experience leading large EPC projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage financial, HSE, schedule, quality, contractual, and client requirements.
