Senior Manager, Maintenance

What you will do

• Develop and execute short- to mid-term departmental strategies and operational plans.
• Oversee continuous improvement and automation implementation activities.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance engineering work, including mechanical and electrical specification reviews.
• Evaluate new equipment designs for reliability, maintainability, and replacement-parts availability.
• Coordinate repair work, safety inspections, equipment supply, production schedules, installation, and commissioning.
• Influence, coach, and develop direct reports and maintenance teams while managing stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, including 4–5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with maintenance engineering in manufacturing facilities and equipment.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and communicate with and influence executive leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Employment eligibility in the United States is required; temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify candidates.
