Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead industrial-engineering projects and processes across a manufacturing system with limited supervision.
• Establish methods to maximize the utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Conduct cost, inventory, production-control, and human-factors studies.
• Develop and implement facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
• Support manufacturing plant and facilities engineers with facility planning and design.
• Assist with accident-prevention measures and production-operations training for plant personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision and lead projects of diverse scope.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Employment eligibility must be verified through Form I-9; temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify candidates.
