Dedicated Well-Being Program Manager (On-site)

Location: Miami, FL; on-site with the client in Miami-Dade County up to 4 days per week, plus local travel to events and various sites throughout Miami-Dade County.

What you will do

• Design, implement, assess, and continuously improve evidence-based organizational well-being programs.
• Use claims, utilization, employee feedback, engagement, and population health data to identify needs and prioritize initiatives.
• Develop behavior-change programs and campaigns covering mental health, brain health, burnout prevention, nutrition, weight management, chronic condition management, and social determinants of health.
• Create accessible, visually engaging communications across email, digital platforms, intranet, on-site channels, webinars, social media, and print.
• Research, select, and manage external vendors, health care organizations, subject matter experts, and other strategic partners.
• Set program goals and metrics, analyze outcomes, prepare reports and presentations, and advise client leadership on well-being priorities and investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Human Resources, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate wellness, health promotion, benefits, HR, or a related field.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating workplace well-being programs for large and dispersed employee populations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders, vendors, or project teams.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, presentation, facilitation, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami-Dade County up to 4 days per week and travel locally as needed.

Nice to have

• Professional wellness certification such as CHES, Chapman WellCert, or Wellness Alliance.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
