Agentic Robotics Architect (AI)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Irving, Texas office (Dallas), United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $147,760–$240,110 per year.

What you will do

• Own the architecture for agentic robotics systems that plan and orchestrate multi-step machine work.
• Define patterns for task decomposition, tool use, memory, context, state management, and deliberative reasoning.
• Connect agentic planning with vision-language-action systems and behavior generation.
• Develop detailed architecture deliverables and technical infrastructure designs, including databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
• Evaluate and deploy technologies that enhance digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Requirements

• Experience architecting planning, task decomposition, and deliberative reasoning systems for robotics, autonomy, or agentic AI.
• Experience with agent architectures that select and orchestrate tools and capabilities for multi-step goals.
• Understanding of memory, context, and state management for long-horizon tasks.
• Ability to integrate agentic planning with learned policies, VLA, and behavior generation.
• Progressive software engineering and architecture experience focused on AI/ML and robotics at a senior or principal level.
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC in public cloud environments, including environment management, test automation, peer review, CI/CD, and resource optimization.
