Regional Marketing Manager (AEC)

What you will do

• Develop qualification statements, proposals, presentation materials, and other pursuit deliverables by analyzing RFQs and RFPs.
• Coordinate pursuit teams, define proposal strategies and win themes, and write, edit, compile, and lay out documents.
• Guide teams preparing for oral interviews and develop presentation strategies and materials.
• Maintain regional project, field staff, photography, case study, and resume records.
• Develop regional marketing plans, identify strategic markets, and lead content for digital, social, video, press, brochure, signage, and award channels.
• Manage client marketing experiences and collaborate with corporate marketing and creative design teams to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of related marketing, communications, professional writing, editing, or technical proposal experience.
• At least three years of proposal development or directly related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, proofreading, project management, organization, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and InDesign.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of proposal-specific experience developing successful RFP and RFQ responses.
• Two or more years of architecture, engineering, and construction marketing experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
