Senior Manager, People Products and Systems

Location: United States; full-time remote work is available. KIPP Foundation offices are located in New York City and Chicago, and travel is required up to 10%.

Salary: $104,000–$123,500 per year.

What you will do

• Own the lifecycle of talent products across development and management cycles, from discovery and implementation through continuous improvement.
• Translate organizational strategy into practical tools, templates, dashboards, workflows, and resources.
• Design, document, and improve talent processes that increase consistency, efficiency, and user experience.
• Develop reliable data systems, success metrics, and dashboards to support talent decisions.
• Lead cross-functional implementation through project planning, risk management, communications, training, and change management.
• Organize and maintain documentation, version-control standards, institutional knowledge, and process ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating and implementing talent processes and tools, particularly in development, performance management, and employee recognition.
• Experience working in an organization with national reach and collaborating across multiple time zones.
• Ability to design processes, manage projects and stakeholders, analyze data, and build knowledge management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
