Sr Product Manager of Integrations (API)

Location: Remote within the United States; availability to work Eastern Time (EST) and limited required travel.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and ongoing product development of ATS, HRIS, HCM, VMS, and partner integrations, including Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, and Workday.
• Define how AI agents and new screening products reach customers through third-party systems, partner surfaces, and API capabilities.
• Shape data flows, status mapping, error handling, standardization, and partner-specific accommodations across integrations.
• Own the public API and developer experience, including endpoints, webhooks, versioning, deprecation, sandbox testing, and documentation.
• Lead customer-facing integration discovery, solutions, scoping, demos, sales support, and implementation conversations.
• Improve configuration and enablement tools for Implementation and Support teams, turning recurring issues into roadmap items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership of integrations, APIs, or platform products.
• Experience owning partner or API integrations as ongoing products rather than one-time projects.
• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, data models, and error handling, with the ability to work directly with engineers.
• Experience integrating multiple systems and making standardize-versus-accommodate decisions.
• Comfort presenting to customers and technical buyers, supporting sales, discovery, scoping, and implementation.
• Ability to work Eastern Time (EST) and perform the role in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare staffing, background screening, credentialing, or compliance.
• Credentialing or verification experience, especially with locum tenens or physician workflows.
• Familiarity with ATS, VMS, HCM, or HRIS ecosystems such as Bullhorn, Symplr, or Workday.
• Developer experience, API product work, or experience bringing AI and automation features into third-party systems.
