Lead AI Tech Product Manager

Location: CA HQ; compensation varies by U.S. office location

Salary: $180,000–$288,000 annually for San Francisco and Seattle offices; other U.S. office ranges are also provided.

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for AI use-case pods such as marketing creative generation, AI product experiences, and agentic distribution.
• Translate customer and business needs into technical requirements for LLM-based systems, agents, and evaluation pipelines.
• Make build, buy, and partner recommendations while balancing technical feasibility, customer value, and business impact.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, data science, design, legal, and compliance, including executive stakeholder communication.
• Define AI quality, safety, adoption, and business-impact metrics and use evaluation data and customer feedback to guide roadmap decisions.
• Lead AI governance reviews, establish product standards and playbooks, and mentor product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years shipping AI, ML, or GenAI products in production.
• Experience leading AI platforms, cross-functional AI agents, and end-user AI products.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs, model evaluation, and MLOps concepts.
• Experience defining and instrumenting metrics for AI product quality, adoption, and business impact.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional products and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, pharma, finance, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with agentic systems, MCP, or AI evaluation tooling.
• Advanced degree.
