Director, Talent Management

Location: Remote for candidates currently living in the United States

Salary: USD 130,000–150,000 per year, with possible performance-based bonus or sales-based incentive.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of performance and growth practices to support employee development and business performance.
• Connect performance management, development planning, talent reviews, succession planning, career growth, and workforce capability building.
• Use Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities, talent data, and insights to improve decision-making.
• Partner with Tech Delivery, Enterprise IT, Workday teams, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to optimize talent processes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, self-service, and digital tools to improve talent experiences.
• Build manager enablement strategies, resources, and learning experiences for performance, coaching, and development conversations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, leadership development, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities, including using talent data and insights for decision-making.
• Experience leading performance, talent, or development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
• Product mindset with strong analytical, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, execution, adaptability, and change leadership skills.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled ways of working, digital talent experiences, workforce analytics, or employee-facing technologies.
