Process and Data Analysis Engineer Intern

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office, with occasional work on active job sites

hirify.global is a mealtime platform that combines dishes from more than 20 exclusive restaurants in a single order and operates the dining experience from recipe development through technology and on-site culinary production.

What you will do

• Clean, structure, and analyze data using Python, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Build and iterate on dashboards and process tools based on user feedback.
• Communicate project progress, findings, and blockers to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Gather data and feedback from Operations and Construction Project Managers about workflows and pain points.
• Test and refine workflows with field and vendor teams on active job sites.
• Deliver at least one working project and present the results to the team by the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the New York office 3 days per week and spend time on active job sites.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for building functional, scalable tools.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard building.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with minimal supervision, communicate clearly, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
