Enterprise Data Integration and Migration Consulting Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; travel to assigned client locations is required

What you will do

• Support client projects involving enterprise data integration, migration, and management.
• Analyze, validate, cleanse, and transform data across business systems.
• Assist with extracting, mapping, transforming, and loading data between systems.
• Identify data quality issues and help improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Gain exposure to data integration across ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise platforms.
• Use tools for data integration, analytics, reporting, and automation alongside consultants and technology professionals.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, data engineering, computer science, MIS, or a related field at an accredited university.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interest in data, technology, and business processes.
• Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels and work directly with clients.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation is required.
• Entry-level candidates must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Coursework or experience in databases, data analytics, or systems integration.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, data visualization, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Understanding of data structures, databases, cloud technologies, ERP, CRM, or business applications.
• Interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA, leadership experience, or prior project, internship, or work experience.
