What you will do

• Collect raw data from current digital systems and correct errors and duplicates.
• Check source data for accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze trends and patterns using statistical methods to answer business questions.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Present actionable insights and KPI-based findings to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current Bachelor's or Master's student in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, data engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
• Critical thinking and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in Albany, NY; relocation is not eligible for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience using Copilot, generative AI, or agentic AI.
