Intern People Analytics

Location: Columbus, Ohio — Arena District; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the reporting location.

Salary: $17.20–$27.80 per hour

What you will do

• Support meaningful projects within the Human Resources organization.
• Collaborate with Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, Change Management, Human Resource Consultants, and Inclusion and Diversity teams.
• Apply data visualization, survey analysis, data cleaning, and data validation techniques.
• Build professional relationships with interns, managers, and personnel across hirify.global.
• Participate in professional development exercises and team-building activities.
• Develop an overview of hirify.global’s operations and current events in the utilities industry.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university and entering the junior or senior year in fall 2027, with a related major such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, or Human Resources with a strong quantitative focus.
• Completion of intermediate-level coursework and a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Advanced Excel experience and experience with Power BI and Python.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and business skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Office environment experience and Workday experience.
• HR analytics coursework.
• Experience with AI/Copilot, SQL, SharePoint, or Microsoft Power Platform.
