Strategic Insights & Analytics Co-Op (Data Analytics)

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, or Titusville, New Jersey, United States; candidates must reside within 30 miles of the location.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Analyze secondary data sources to answer business questions through ad hoc analysis.
• Create, refresh, process, and analyze performance trends using automated dashboards and data tables.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on national and subnational reporting deliverables.
• Analyze extensive datasets to generate insights and support strategic business decisions.
• Support market research projects as needed.
• Maintain data integrity through investigations and strict quality control processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; a focus in business or entrepreneurship is preferred but not required.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with large amounts of data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Open-mindedness, autonomy, and willingness to develop analytical skills and strategic insight generation.
• Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned location.

Nice to have

• Experience with dashboards and data visualization software such as Tableau or Dataiku.
• Business or entrepreneurial concentration.
