Product Engineer (Java/React)

What you will do

• Build and scale systems supporting global health, insurance, and retirement products.
• Develop clean, scalable backend services and product interfaces.
• Contribute across requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams on product development and strategic direction.
• Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into product solutions.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in backend development with Java.
• Hands-on experience developing backend services with clean, scalable code.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including system design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Curiosity about new technologies and willingness to apply them in product development.

Nice to have

• Kotlin development experience.
