Full-Stack Engineer (Privacy)

Location: Office-based in Nicosia, Cyprus, four days per week, with one remote day of choice. Relocation support includes visa sponsorship and an allowance.

What you will do

• Build privacy-focused systems and architecture that keep users' location data inaccessible, even to hirify.global.
• Develop high-quality solutions across the stack using React, TypeScript, and Node.js or Go.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Software Engineers to shape solutions from concept through production.
• Contribute to privacy-first systems using microservices, databases, messaging, cloud infrastructure, and orchestration technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Frontend Engineer with backend experience.
• Commercial experience with Node.js.
• Strong frontend development experience with TypeScript, React, React Query, Redux, or alternative state management libraries.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern browser APIs.
• Familiarity with Vite or Webpack, ESLint, npm or pnpm, and automated testing.
• STEM or another technical degree.

Nice to have

• Commercial experience with Golang.
• Experience with end-to-end testing using Playwright or Selenium, UI/component testing with Jest, or snapshot testing.
